Works with ESFA Data and Methodologies
envision is designed to replicate the ESFA's Funding Methodologies for 16-19 Study Programmes, Adult Education Budgets (inc. Devolution) and Apprenticeships from May 2017. The system includes import facilities for the ILR, the Learning Aim Reference Service (LARS) and the Funding Information System (FIS). This allows you to plan with confidence, knowing that the funding rates you apply are current and accurate.

envision is a highly visual tool that is easy to manipulate and requires little maintenance. envision is also very flexible and can either be used out of the box or be tailored thanks to a range of data imports and configurable look-ups. You can import your FIS data to create skeleton programmes and start planning in minutes.

Unlike other systems, envision was created with Apprenticeships in mind. This means the planning engine for Apprenticeships is specifically designed to deal with the complexities of the current funding rules, including multi-year planning and carry-over funding.
